Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you might want to know before we start working together.

Is coaching right for me?

If you want to improve your health, build better habits, lose body fat, gain muscle or simply feel stronger and more confident, the program can be adapted to your goals, your level of fitness and your lifestyle.

Do I need gym experience?

No. Whether you are starting for the first time or already have experience, the program is built around your current level. The aim is for you to progress gradually and safely.

How much time do I need to set aside for training?

The program fits around your schedule. Most clients train between 2 and 4 times a week, and every session is planned to be effective without taking up unnecessary time.

If I do not have much free time, will I still see results?

Yes. Consistency matters more than spending hours in the gym. With a well structured program and steady effort, excellent results are possible even with limited time.

What does the coaching include?

Coaching is not just a training program. The aim is to give you a clear system and constant support that help you reach lasting results. Depending on the service you choose, it can include:

  • A personalised training program matched to your goals, level and abilities.
  • Individual nutrition guidance that fits your lifestyle and your preferences.
  • Building lasting habits that you can keep long term.
  • Progress tracking through objective markers and regular analysis.
  • Regular adjustments to your training and nutrition as you develop.
  • Ongoing communication and feedback whenever you need guidance or support.
  • Access to an app where you follow your training, habits and progress.
  • Educational materials that help you understand why we make each change, instead of just following instructions.
  • A long-term strategy aimed at results you can keep after the coaching ends.
Do you create individual nutrition plans?

Yes, but not in the form of a strict diet that is hard to follow long term. Instead we build an approach to eating that fits your goals, your preferences, your daily life and your busy schedule. You get access to an app with a variety of recipes and sample meals that make planning and preparing food easier, without spending hours in the kitchen.

The goal is not simply to follow a ready-made menu, but to understand how to eat according to your own needs and to build healthy habits you can maintain long term. That way eating becomes a natural part of your lifestyle rather than another temporary diet.

Will I have to give up my favourite foods?

No. Eating well does not mean banning certain foods completely. What matters more is building a system you can follow long term.

How do we track progress?

Tracking combines markers such as weight, measurements, photos, training results, habits and feedback. This lets decisions rest on real data rather than on momentary impressions.

How often is the program changed?

The program does not change on a fixed schedule, but when the data shows it is needed. That way every change has a concrete reason and a clear purpose.

How does online coaching work?

After the first consultation you receive a personalised plan and access to the platform where you follow your training, nutrition and progress. We stay in regular contact and make the necessary adjustments as you develop.

What happens if I miss a session or cannot stick to the plan?

That is a normal part of the process. What matters is getting back to the plan as soon as possible, rather than treating one miss as a failure. The goal is consistency, not perfection.

How long before I see results?

The pace of progress depends on your starting point, your goals, your consistency and your individual characteristics. The focus is on lasting results that can be maintained long term, rather than on short-term changes.

Can I train if I have an old injury or pain?

In many cases yes, but it depends on the specific situation. The program is adapted to your limitations, and where necessary a consultation with the relevant medical specialist is recommended.

Do I need to take supplements?

No. Supplements are not mandatory. The main focus is on training, nutrition, sleep and daily habits. If a particular supplement makes sense for your situation, you will get a specific recommendation.

Do you only work with people who want to lose weight?

No. I work with people who want to improve their body composition, gain muscle, increase their strength, build healthy habits or simply feel better in their daily lives.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy and takes three clear steps.

1. Online introductory consultation. First you book a short online meeting. We discuss your goals, your previous experience, your daily life, the challenges you face and what you want to achieve. This is a chance for me to answer all your questions and for us to judge whether my approach suits you.

2. Free training session. If we decide to continue, we hold a free session on site. During it I assess your technique, mobility, motor control and current physical condition. That lets me build a program suited to your abilities from day one.

3. The coaching begins. After the first session we put together an individual plan, set the next steps and start working together. From that point you have a clear system, constant support and progress tracking, so you always know what to do to move closer to your goal.

Where do the in-person sessions take place?

Personal training takes place at Pulse Fitness & Spa Mladost, which has modern equipment and everything needed for safe and effective sessions.

During the introductory consultation you will get detailed information about the location, parking options and everything you need to know before our first meeting.

Which days and times are sessions available?

Personal training runs from Monday to Thursday and on Saturday, by prior booking.

Once we start working together, you get access to an online calendar where you can easily see the free slots and book your sessions. This keeps things clearly organised and makes planning easier for both of us.

The aim is to build a steady training schedule that fits into your daily life and can be kept up long term.

How is the coaching paid for?

I work on a monthly subscription basis. Both personal training and online coaching are paid monthly.

During the introductory consultation we discuss your goals and decide which service suits you best. You will get detailed information about what it includes and how our work together is organised.

If at some point you decide to stop the coaching, you can do so at the end of the current subscription period. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. My aim is for us to work together because you see real value and are getting results.

What should I bring to the first session?

Nothing special is needed. Comfortable sportswear, clean training shoes, a bottle of water and the willingness to start are enough. We will take care of the rest together.

What if I have never trained before?

That is not a problem. Many of the people I work with start without any previous experience. The first session is there to assess your current level, mobility and technique, so that we can build a program that is safe, effective and suited to you.

Do I need to be in good shape before I start?

No. That is exactly why people look for professional help. Whether you have never trained, are coming back after a long break or already have experience, the program will be matched to your current level, goals and abilities.

I work both with beginners who need clear structure and a confident start, and with experienced people who have hit a plateau and are looking for a more effective, individual approach in order to keep developing. The aim is to start from where you are right now and gradually build steady progress.

Is there an age limit?

No. I work with adults of different ages and different training backgrounds. What matters most is that the program is matched to your health, your abilities and your goals.

What is expected of me as a client?

I do not expect you to be perfect. I expect you to be honest in our communication, to follow the plan as far as your daily life allows and to be consistent. My job is to build the strategy, guide you, make the necessary adjustments and help you get past the difficulties along the way. The best results come when we work as a team.
