• Booking data, when you book a consultation via Calendly (name, email, chosen time and any details you provide).
• Contact data, when you email or message us via WhatsApp/Viber/social media.
• Questionnaire data, goals, training and nutrition history and health information you choose to share so we can plan your program.
• Usage data & cookies, anonymous analytics (only if you accept cookies) to understand how the site is used.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

To arrange and deliver consultations and coaching (performance of a contract / your request), to respond to enquiries (legitimate interest) and, with your consent, for analytics.

4. Third-party services

We use trusted providers that may process data on our behalf: Calendly (booking), Google Maps (location display), and, only after you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These providers have their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies are needed for the site to work. Analytics cookies load only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent anytime by clearing your browser storage.
